Company Set-up
- Even though Bulgaria joined the EC on the 1st of January 2007, the restriction on non-Bulgarian nationals owning land remains in force, until 2012. To overcome this you will still need to establish a limited company.
- This is a very straightforward and simple process and we will complete the documentation with you.
- You will need to open a bank account and deposit 5000 Bulgarian Leva (around 2500 Euro).
- This money is required to show the new Company has Start up Capital - it will stay in the account until the company is established and then you can withdraw the money.
- You will need to submit yearly accounts, but as the company doesn't actually trade then the accounts will be simple and for an annual fee, we can recommend accountants to provide this service.
